Overview
Postway (post-way.com) lets you disconnect social accounts and delete your workspace data. This page explains how to remove data stored by our application.
Delete your account
You can request full account deletion by emailing us from the address tied to your account:
- Send a message to privacy@post-way.com with the subject line "Account deletion request".
- Include the email address you used to sign up for Postway.
- We verify ownership of the request and delete the account within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
What we delete
When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize:
- Your profile, workspace membership, and authentication records
- OAuth tokens and connected social account metadata
- Drafts, scheduled posts, media uploads, and analytics stored in Postway
- Billing references retained only where required for accounting or legal compliance
Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads)
If you remove Postway from your Facebook / Meta account settings, Meta may call our automated data deletion callback. That process:
- Verifies Meta's signed request
- Removes OAuth tokens for matching Facebook, Instagram, and Threads connections
- Returns a confirmation code and status URL you can check at https://post-way.com/data-deletion/status

You can also disconnect Meta accounts anytime from Connections in your workspace.
Connected social networks
Deleting your Postway account removes our access tokens and stops future publishing from our platform. Content already published to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, or Threads remains on those networks until you delete it directly on each platform.
Disconnect without deleting
You can disconnect an individual social account at any time from Connections inside your workspace. Disconnecting revokes stored OAuth tokens for that account in Postway.
